Matcha Machine by One Door East
Locally inspired, palette pleasing mojito for one and all to enjoy featuring Fwaygo Rum. This cocktail was dreamed up for the #SupportLocal event at One Door East featuring ingredients from The Spice Lab.
- 1.5 oz green matcha infused Fwaygo Rum
- 1 oz ginger infused honey syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 7 sprigs of mint
- Spice Lab’s wintergreen sucre
- Candied ginger
Infuse a bottle of Fwaygo Rum for 72 hours with green matcha. Shake daily.
Combine the infused Fwaygo Rum, honey syrup, lime juice, 6 sprigs of mint, and the sucre. Shake over ice and strain into a Tom Collins glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and candied ginger.
